Our Mission
At Desirae’s Darlings, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization (EIN: 92-3216417), our mission is to bring joy, hope, and happiness to children in need through the gift of toys, while honoring the loving memory of our beloved daughter, Desirae Marie Gallart, who passed away in 2010.
Our primary mission remains supporting the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program, which receives the majority of the toys we collect each year. Through generous monetary donations, collections of new, unwrapped toys, community partnerships, and fundraising events, we proudly help the Marines bring the magic of Christmas to thousands of less fortunate children.
As Desirae’s Darlings has grown, so has our commitment to the community. Beyond our continued support of Toys for Tots, we have expanded our charitable outreach to help children and families facing illness, homelessness, abuse, financial hardship, and other challenging life circumstances. By partnering with nonprofit organizations, hospitals, and community programs, we strive to provide comfort, happiness, and a sense of hope to children who need it most.
We believe that every child deserves to experience happiness, feel remembered, and know that someone cares. Whether it is a Christmas gift under the tree, a birthday surprise, or a toy that brings a smile during a hospital stay, even the smallest act of kindness can make a meaningful difference.

While the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program remains the primary recipient of our annual toy collections, our charitable efforts
have expanded to support additional nonprofit organizations and community programs dedicated to helping children and families facing difficult circumstances.

Our History
Desirae's Darlings was established in 2023 when Joe Gallart decided to honor the memory of his late daughter by continuing to collect new Toys for the USMC Toys for Tots program. Joe and his team have been collecting toys since 2016 when he delivered just 21 toys. In 2025, 11,258 toys were collected and delivered to the less fortunate kids in our communities. In addition to our robust social media fundraising efforts, we have hosted homemade pizza/toy swap events as well as comedy show fundraisers in an effort to make donating fun and exciting.
